I just recently ordered two triton wood racks. They arrived in separate boxes, each with an inner cardboard box as well as an outer box. The wood racks came in pristine condition without so much as a scratch on the paint. Either I got lucky twice or Amazon has listened to the comments people have posted and fixed the problem.
